The Nurtured Seedling is a private 400 sq ft home garden near Dimond Park in Oakland, featuring many native plants and a separate, recently renovated vegetable garden area with a variety of seasonal vegetables and fruits. The garden features multiple areas to explore and enjoy, including a succulent garden, of course the expansive veggie garden, a cozy fire pit area, a dining area under an arbor, a beautiful lawn surrounded by plants and trees, and more. The space also includes a private studio with a bathroom and kitchen.
This special space is available to rent for workshops, yoga classes, team gatherings, get-togethers, baby showers, bridal showers, retirement parties, you name it (within reason, of course!)
We value flexibility - you can simply rent the space by the hour, or we can also provide full event-planning services, complete with a private workshop, catering, decor, the works - so all you truly have to do is show up and enjoy. (You’re welcome!)
Hourly rate for space rental only: $150 (plus cleaning fee)
Venue Capacity: 20 people
Optional party items available for rent include a large rain tent, canopy, and more.
